The room was very clean and you could see the marks left from cleaning the surfaces. The room was huge and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The sink drained properly as a lot of hotel sinks are usually backed up but this was not. Great breakfast options and they give you a free drink voucher. They have a restaurant and full bar which is convenient.

Love how welcoming the staff and the place it selfs it was with christmas decore and stuff! The breakfast 10/10 .. the room was super clean and comfortable for me and my family! We definitely are gonna stay again with them. I did have a situation where my husband forgot his phone on the property, and when housekeeping went to clean their room, they found it and the assistant manager Kyle reach out to me about it, and they are going to ship it to me since I live in Texas, I will have to say an excellent customer service exceeding expectations and beyond.

This property was amazing! The breakfast was good and hot with a great variety, the room was big, comfortable and clean, they even have different things going on to entice the patrons! The staff was super nice and accommodating, plus they even come and tidy up your room and leave fresh towels no matter how many nights you stay which most hotels no longer do!

Great location, room was spacious and much nicer than expected! Beautiful modern bathroom, a separate bedroom from the TV and sofa area and lots of seating. I was very surprised and impressed. The hotel was super clean and I really enjoyed my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Room is very nice and clean and large. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed there 4 nights and they cleaned our room everyday unlike many hotels not cleaning the room until we requested them so. Location is excellent near outlet mall and many dine-in and fast food restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel in Orlando.

I liked the location of the property. It wasn’t too far from Disney and it was easy to find. The staff was super friendly.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! We totaled our car on the way to the hotel and when the front desk lady found out, she was trying to do everything she could to make our stay as amazing as she could. We have a large family so it was really nice that kids eat free, and the breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. 10/10 recommend!

I recently stayed one night at this hotel and was impressed by the exceptional service. Margarita in the lobby maintained an impeccable standard of cleanliness and was always friendly. She takes pride in her work. The cafeteria experience was outstanding, thanks to the manager and server who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant breakfast experience. The food was amazing as well! Location unbeatable.

I loved how clean the property was. It was very quiet at night and we all slept very soundly. They made my birthday weekend extra special by putting balloons and happy birthday decorations up in addition to leaving a card for me. I thought it was so sweet and made my day upon entering the hotel.
