Love how welcoming the staff and the place it selfs it was with christmas decore and stuff! The breakfast 10/10 .. the room was super clean and comfortable for me and my family! We definitely are gonna stay again with them. I did have a situation where my husband forgot his phone on the property, and when housekeeping went to clean their room, they found it and the assistant manager Kyle reach out to me about it, and they are going to ship it to me since I live in Texas, I will have to say an excellent customer service exceeding expectations and beyond.

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel, we love staying here as our in between resorts hotel. It’s comfortable, affordable, clean, perfect location to Disney and universal, and the staff is always top notch! If we were not Disney vacation club members and we wanted to stay off property for a trip this would be the place to stay! They even have shuttles to magic kingdom, Disney springs, and Universal studios/CityWalk! I’d definitely recommend this to a family on a budget looking for a great off property hotel!

She takes pride in her work. The cafeteria experience was outstanding, thanks to the manager and server who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant breakfast experience. The food was amazing as well! Location unbeatable.

I was pleasantly surprised that hotel was very simply laid out, lovely cafe and staff esp the lady taking orders n serving had great attitude. The location is near to Disney n Mall is 15mins away by car too. Rooms are simple n have all necessities. Hotel can add a spa, quick salon and some convenience store too. Most impo- Value for money !
